Richard Sachs Track Bicycle from 1975

This is a very historically significant piece of bicycling history, it is serial #115. Richard Sachs tells me this is the eleventh bicycle he ever made with his name on it, and that it was made in 1975. He also says this is the second oldest known Sachs frame, and the oldest with original paint. He also gave me the name of the original owner and said that gentleman would be in his 80's today. My father bought this bicycle in the late 70's from Keith Nappi at Suburban Cycle in Kensington, CT and has owned it ever since. I do not think it has ever seen a track (maybe the original owner did, but neither my father nor I ever rode it on the track) and has the original paint, and decals.

Here are all the details:

Every dimension I measured from center to center:
Seat tube: 22" (Bottom bracket is stamped 57, and 57cm = 22.4")
Top tube: 22"
Down tube: 25"
Chain stays: 16"
Seat stays: 21"
Wheelbase to center of dropouts: 39"
Reynolds 531 butted tubing and stays

Equipment includes: Campy 170mm crankset with Sugino 48 tooth chainring, Campy pedals with Christophe Toe Clips and Alfredo Binda straps, Campy headset and bottom bracket, 3ttt stem, Cinelli track bars, a cheapo Weinmann front brake and Universal lever, Campy Large flange track h ubs (no QR) on 36 hole AVA French rims and Canetti Paris-Rubaix tires, Avocet seat and seat post.

The bicycle is in perfect structural shape, there are a few paint chips, especially on the bottom of the bottom bracket, and one tiny dent on the side of the top tube. Please check my feedback on ebay if you wish, you'll see 150+ spotless.
